    <Core member of Global Reward CoE>
    - As a member of the Global Rewards CoE, leads design and implementation of some global harmonized policies/structures such as the Global Rewards Strategy, the Global Rewards Governance rule, the benchmarking structure and so on.
    - Collaborates with region HR members to implement the global HRIS by leading discussions on the harmonization/standardization of reward processes.
    - Collaborates with other Global Rewards LT members to proceed/maintain global consistent approaches/guidelines that can be principle/directions for other reward members or region rewards.

    <Region supports role as a partner from Global Reward CoE>
    - Supports Global Rewards strategic direction to ensure alignment across global reward priorities, providing insights on key business and market issues that contribute to the development of the global HR Rewards strategic roadmap and principles.
    - Collaborates with a team and community of strong technical HR Rewards professionals to build a robust understanding of Rewards matters across the assigned geographies and business areas in order to deliver HR Rewards solutions (India/GDC)
    - Leads and supports on a range of global Rewards matters and projects, working in collaboration with Rewards teams to create and recommended appropriate solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.
    - Provides specialist support and advice on technical Rewards matters and projects, working relationships to partner with HR and business Leaders to develop and deliver appropriate Rewards solutions that support the achievement of the company strategy.
    - In conjunction with HR and employee relations, delivers Rewards change programs providing HR and Business Leaders with technical support and training required to meet works councils, trade unions, other social partners or employee group local requirements ensuring programs are aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
    - Co- accountable for the effective delivery of rewards cycles, and other rewards projects across assigned geographies and business areas.
    - Directs periodic market review of Rewards programs, engaging with external consultants as necessary, to recommend ongoing Rewards program change.
    - Equip HRBPs and Business Leaders with knowledge and improved capability around Rewards matters to support the delivery of the Rewards strategy and program.
  • 個人に期待する役割やミッションRoles and responsibilities
    This job acts as two types of roles- one is a manager who leads some global initiatives / projects by leading project members and influences key stakeholders of other HR functions and Region HR team. Global Rewards CoE is newly created organization, so there are a lot of areas to be newly launched and created. This role is to lead the discussions on launch of some parts of organization by creating the structures, guideline, processes and so on.
    The other role is to support specific regions such as Europe, Americas, India, or Oceania. This role is to provide the global directions to assigned regions and to lead the implementations of some global harmonized programs or rules. In addition, it provides some reward supports or consultations to assigned regions to solve rewards issues (local or global) from global rewards perspective.
