  • 職務内容Job description
    ・Drives the Global pay philosophy and strategy with HR across the global business.
    ・Drives standardisation in pay practice while always reflecting local market requirements.
    ・Develop benchmarking analysis, compiling country-level market analyses. Deliver ad hoc pay analysis in response to recruitment and other business requirements.
    ・Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
    ・Oversees the annual salary administration programs, including the annual salary review process, salary structure creation and maintenance, maintenance of incentive plans, and annual salary budgets in alignment with the compensation philosophy and practices.
    ・Drives pay equity stance within the organisation, monitoring the legal landscape around the world and working with countries to meet statutory requirements and develop a globally consistent approach within legal bounds.
    ・Provide advice and recommendations to Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on pay.
    ・Partner with IT, People Operations, Payroll and Finance to ensure smooth roll out of compensation programs as appropriate.
    ・Global reporting on compliance within global pay policies. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and the organization's objectives.
    ・Assists in training and educating managers and staff on pay adjustment projects and processes.
    ・Runs reports to look for compensation trends, pay equity analysis, and conducts data and cost analysis as needed to support compensation programs.
    ・Ensures compliance with local compensation laws and regulations. Advises management on applicable employment regulations, and compensation policies.
    ・Delivers key pay elements for the implementation of pay processes within Success Factors global processes - e.g. salary structures, on target bonus percentages and budget structures.
    ・Supplier contract and management
    ・Management of all benchmark data contract renewals (global and eventually local) - act as “gate-keeper” to the purchase of additional data anywhere in the world.
    ・Consolidation of Regional files to provide a single submission file
    ・Management of validation process when suppliers need to clarify on the data submission
    ・Invoicing and liaison with Finance on re-charging

    ・Background in Reward, HR or Finance
    ・Ability to exercise sound judgement regarding confidential or sensitive information or issues.
    ・Ability to gather and analyze data, statistics, or other information to establish facts and present recommendations rooted in law, policy, or expected practices.
    ・Continuous improvement mindset.
    ・Effective consultation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex analysis and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences.
    ・Experienced with compensation formulas and developing and maintaining salary structures.
    ・Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to develop systems and standard processes.
    ・Intercultural skills
    ・English skills
    ・Flexibility to respond to periods of high workload during annual cyclical processes
    ・Comfort working in a new function and willingness to contribute to its growth and development
